The Turbo Bell 560 dumbbell set comes with two Turbo Bell EasySlide adjustable dumbbells and the ultra-durable steel Turbo Bell weight stand. Each Turbo Bell is adjustable to 23 different weight settings: as light as 5 lbs, as heavy as 60 lbs and 21 other weights in-between.
