Terms of Sale1. All prices listed on website, and all transactions will be made in Australian Dollars (AUD). 2. Inexa does not currently conduct international transactions.
Warranty1. Warranty is provided solely on products sold by Inexa. Inexa will not cover warranty on stocked items purchased from a different supplier; valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Furthermore, Faulty products used in conjunction that are not purchased from Inexa will not be covered under warranty. 2. All products sold by Inexa carry a full manufacturer warranty unless otherwise specified. Inexa will process all warranty claims with the manufacturer on behalf of customers unless the manufacturer has a direct warranty option to the customer and the customer chooses this option. Extended limited warranty is offered on some products which customers may be required to register and deal with the manufacturer directly. 3. Products returned for a manufacturers warranty claim will generally be repaired, replaced with new or refurbished, upgraded or refunded by the manufacturers, based on their discretion. 4. Some products sold by Inexa are designed to be professionally installed (see item descriptions or contact tech@inexa.com.au); improper installation is NOT covered under warranty. Please seek or pay for a professional assistance if required, to avoid paying any unnecessary cost for replacement. 5. Warranty will be rejected for any non-manufacturing defects, if the item is found to be mishandled, modified, tampered, abused, physically damaged and/or improperly installed and used. Products returned that show evidence of user induced damage, tampering or modification, will be denied. This includes removal of/tampering with any manufacturer’s labelling. 6. Warranty returns must be properly packaged so that no further damage occurs to the item in returning to Inexa. Insufficiently packaged goods that suffer damage in transit may cause warranty to be void. (please contact returns@inexa.com.au for package instructions/recommendations) 7. Turnaround time for warranty returns may depend on the availability of the replacement product and the testing process. The process of warranty returns involves the shipping of warranty to Inexa, our own testing/analysis, informing and subsequent approval from the supplier and finally shipment of replacement to customer. This will cover the majority of warranty returns. However, in a few rare cases shipping of warranty to Inexa’s supplier for testing, will be necessary and will add further delay. In these cases, where possible, Inexa will endeavour to ship a replacement to the customer as soon as the relevant supplier sends notice of warranty acceptance rather than waiting for the original/repaired item to be returned.
Warranty ExclusionsWarranty cover will not apply to the following: 1. Any product that has not been installed in accordance with the installation instruction supplied by the equipment manufacturer. This includes damage to handlebars/seat post due to over tightening of any applicable clamping bolts (if not listed on clamp contact tech@inexa.com.au for details). 2. Any product that is modified by anyone other than Inexa. No products should not be modified to ‘fit’ or for aesthetics.(eg. Filling down of material on forks) 3. Any product that fails or is damaged as a result of improper storage, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident damaged or maladjustment of consumer controls (eg. Wheel/spoke damage due to incorrectly adjusted derailleur). 4. Defects or damage due to improper use of cleaning fluids on perishable components (eg. Tires and bearings) and excessive temperature or humidity (eg. heat-warping to carbon wheels when left in hot cars). 5. Cost involved with removal/disassembly of parts where parts were fitted by anyone other than Inexa Sport.
